Aircraft # 4h-6799 was last observed at 1305, Feb
25, 1945, approximate position 4811 N, 1505 Ese The aircraft
Zert formation and hoaded east, loaing iltitude rapidly but
still under control. No. 1 angine faltered after the rally,
caught again, and was then /feathered. the waist door was then
jetti/oned, and live (5) men observed tis bail out. I did not
see the fire on his left wing due to the fact I was flying off
his right wing.
