Where? In Yugoslavia on the East bank of the Drava river just West of Slatina.

Last contact or conversation just prior to or at time of loss of plane
Flane was returned to base but crew was ordered to bail out.

Where was he when last seen? At base near Foggia after his return through the under-
ground.
Any hearsay information: It was my understanding that he completed his tour ay.d
returned to the United States, howover, he must have bailed out on a later mission
after I returned to the U.S.. (Note specifically that he did return safely on
the mission I have described herein)

Total number of missions of above crew member: 26 when bailed out of my airplane.
Dates and destinations if possible: Mission was on 14 June, 1944 and was to
Budapest.

The last was Lunich, Germany on Seut. 22 1943. It ig impossible
in remember all of the rest and their respective dates.

above all walked out of Yugo. with myself, Three of them came back
on the same boat to the shates. Allinson, the one that didn't com
back with us, cane home two months later or about Dec. 1943.
