5. Where were you when you left formation? Abouts 5 kilometara aouth of Kempten, Germany.
6. Did you bail out? Airoraft exploded and I was blown out and then used parachute.

Did other members of crew bail out? Yes - according to my information, four others
hasides mysalf used parachutea.

cribed above? Saw Lt. Nojoieohowski about three weeks after we were shot down by
enemy aircraft. Hisdondition was that described in #8 above and most of my
information was gleaned by comparing notes with him.
